Our passion is the long-term health and well-being of our patients, helping them lead a pain-free life with as much freedom of movement as possible. Rather than just treating the symptoms of pain repetitively, we look beyond the areas of immediate pain and consider the body as a whole. We seek to identify the causes of pain and dysfunction and work alongside you to minimise their impact. We provide strategies you can apply beyond the clinic to combat postural problems, bio-mechanical factors, repetitive strain and/or micro trauma for example. Our goal is to prevent the recurrence of pain, so you can get back to what’s important – living life!

At Back in Health, our practitioners live, breathe, and practice what we stand for – achieving the best health and well-being for all. We’ve travelled interstate and overseas to both teach and broaden our experience in the health and fitness industry. Outside the clinic, our staff lead a healthy lifestyle, are avid sportspeople, and have trained others in the industry too. Therefore, we feel that our practitioners have a deeper understanding of how the body moves, how it feels, and what is required to restore the body to optimal health. We apply our extensive health and fitness knowledge gained through ongoing training and personal experience to impart valuable life lessons and help you live and move optimally.
